“I had the pleasure of working with Natalie to help me locate a place for my mom to move to after being in skilled nursing for 2 months. I needed a high care Assisted Living place, or something where they can still help her as she's not able to walk yet after surgery.

From the moment I spoke with Natalie on the phone, I felt we clicked. She's kind, compassionate and understanding of my mom's situation and how it was important for my mom to receive great care including PT/OT. She was patient with my questions and communicated wonderfully via text, which was more convenient to me due to my job. I learned several different things about the Assisted Living process because of her.  Natalie worked with the new Admissions Manager at the Assisted Living to ensure a smooth transaction. She also followed up along the way to see how things were going and asked if I needed anything.

I sincerely appreciate the kindness Natalie displayed with me while helping me locate the best place for my mom. And, she was right.  She advised it may only take looking at 2-3 places and that most people get the feeling immediately when they walk in, if it's the right place.  It only took looking at 2 facilities. :)
